Facebook’s Half-Hearted Apology for “Real Name Policy” Doesn’t Mean Much for LGBT Users

Following a discriminatory new Facebook policy forcing users to use their "real, registered" names, which led to the forced outing of several trans* and queer performers, Facebook issues an apology, which ends up not carrying much weight, as trans* people and drag performers are still being targeted and outed by antigay facebook users.
