I was researching on Garrison, NY for Russell Wright and came across the stories of Chris Hughes and Sean Eldridge.
Sean Eldridge is best known for being spouse of Chris Hughes who was one of the co-founders of Facebook. When I was looking up Sean Eldridge, I realized that there were more mentions of his husband than any other politician's spouses I saw. It was due to the fact that his spouse was a multi-millionaire but I I think it's also because it was a way to bring attention to his sexual orientation without mentioning it directly.
I was looked up other famous politicians who married a big name rich families(i.e.- John Kerry) but it is beyond comparison who much Eldridge's spouse is mentioned whenever there's a mention of his name.
