Danièle Watts, an African American actress who recently starred in Django Unchained was arrested in Los Angeles because she was kissing her white husband while sitting in their car. An onlooker believed that she and her husband were having sex, and in other articles I've even seen it mentioned that she was suspected to be a prostitute because the man she was kissing was white. Rather than clearing it up, upon finding out that they were in fact married and nothing illegal was taking place, Watts was handcuffed and taken to the police station.
